Ingredients:
Black tea leaves (2 tablespoon),
Whole milk (1 cup),
Water (1 cup),
Sugar (2-3 tablespoons),
Optional ginger (1/2 tablespoon grated) or cardamom (pinch)
Preparation:
Boil water with tea leaves and spices (if using) for 3-5 minutes.
Add milk and sugar, simmer for 2-3 minutes until frothy.
Strain into cups.
Serve hot with mandazi or bread.
