My name is Farah Yussuf, and I’m a journalist, translator, interpreter, communications professional and web developer with a passion for storytelling, language and digital media.
Over the years, I’ve worked with the BBC, Star FM Kenya and others, producing journalism, monitoring media, supporting strategic communications and helping tell stories that inform and connect communities across the Horn of Africa and East Africa.
I’m also the founder and publisher of Yussuf.net, where I share thousands of trivia quizzes, Somali–English translations, Somali and Kenyan recipes, African proverbs, technology tips and other educational resources celebrating language, culture and African heritage.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Communication.
