Ingredients
All-purpose flour (2 cups)
Water (3/4 cup)
Oil (2 tablespoons)
Salt (1/2 tablespoon)
Preparation
Mix flour and salt, add 1 tablespoon oil and water to form a soft dough.
Knead for 5-7 minutes.
Divide into 6 balls, roll each into a thin circle.
Heat a skillet, cook each chapati for 1-2 minutes per side until golden spots appear, brushing with oil.
Serve with stews or beans.
